Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho, NM (City) is soliciting formal bids from qualified suppliers and contractors to remove, dispose and replace the granular activated carbon (GAC) media from four existing tank vessels that have a capacity of 9800 gallons each located at the City of Rio Rancho’s Advanced Water Treatment facility, 3354 8th Avenue NE Rio Rancho NM 87124. New granular activated carbon media must be supplied and installed into the four vessels per the direction and oversight of Jacobs the City’s operations and maintenance staff.
