The City of Santa Cruz Water Department (SCWD) is soliciting bids for liquid aluminum sulfate (alum) to use for water treatment. SCWD typically places orders every 1-2 weeks in lots between 4,000 - 5,000 gallons and orders approximately 300 tons, dry basis, aluminum sulfate in solution annually.
