Project Description: Contractors are invited to submit SEALED BIDS for the Garnet Valley School District – Pennington Building Reuse and Campus Master Planning for the following projects: Pennington Building, Field House, District Storage Building, and associated sitework.
BIDDERS ARE INVITED TO PROVIDE A BID ON A LUMP SUM BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:
Contract No. 1 - General Construction
Sealed bids for Garnet Valley School District, Pennington Building, Field House, Storage Building, and associated sitework within the Garnet Valley School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.pennbid.net) until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid and read aloud in the Board Room of the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
A Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Bidders will meet at the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net) and will become available starting Monday, November 4, 2024, after 10:00 AM via PennBid
All questions will be received through the PennBid solicitation until Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 12:00 Noon.
