Solicitation Summary
The Administrative Services Center - Boiler Replacement Project includes the Replacement of one (1) of two (2) Cleaver Brooks oil-fired, fire tube, hot water boilers. The boiler is approximately 55+ years old. The replacement will be one (1) conventional/non-condensing dual-fuel Cleaver Brooks fire tube, hot water boiler sized in-kind, and will include new ancillary piping and breeching. Necessary upgrades to the Metasys DDC controls to accommodate the new equipment will also be included.
