The Nantucket Islands Land Bank (“Land Bank”), the awarding authority, through its Commission, invites qualified bidders to submit bids to provide labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the removal of the existing scrub brush area, regrading the project area and installation of new pathways, site amenities, post-tension pickleball and padel courts with expanded parking and associated drainage and amenities, landscaping and lawn restoration.

The Land Bank Commission must approve any contract regarding this project and reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in its best interest to do so.
