Overview

Summary

This project generally consists of roadway and pedestrian infrastructure improvements, including asphalt milling, patching, paving, excavation, grading, alley restoration, and concrete pavement replacement. The work also includes reconstruction and installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks, valley pans, drain pans, drive approaches, utility adjustments, signage, landscaping restoration, irrigation repairs, and erosion and stormwater management measures.

Additional improvements include traffic control, pavement markings, thermoplastic striping and symbols, ADA detectable warning plates, and other related appurtenances necessary to complete the roadway, pedestrian, and traffic safety enhancements.
