Description
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) represents Canada internationally, advancing diplomacy, trade, and development priorities worldwide. To support these mandates, DFATD requires reliable, professional transportation services for Canadian officials during high-level visits, delegations, and official missions. Vehicles and drivers must meet the highest standards of safety, discretion, and readiness. These services ensure seamless mobility for critical Government of Canada operations abroad.
DFATD is seeking Offerors for the provision of transportation services with driver to be provided on an “as and when requested” basis for use by DFATD and other Government of Canada employees. Canada intends to authorize up to 4 Standing Offers for this Requirement.
The Contractor shall provide transportation services, with drivers who hold a valid UK driving license, using the following vehicle types as required to transport Canadian officials in support of operational needs: sedans, multi-passenger executive van (e.g., Mercedes V-Class or equivalent), sprinter size van, 3-ton Luggage van and 5 ton Luggage Van, to be used to transport Canadian Officials as per operational requirements.
The period for making call-ups again the standing offer(s) is 2 year from the issuance of the standing offer, with two possible extension periods of 1 year each.
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/12.
