Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Bryn Athyn Borough will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of labor and equipment for the collection and disposal of municipal waste and the collection and disposal of municipal single-stream recycling materials from all residential properties within the limits of Bryn Athyn Borough beginning January 1, 2026. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, via PennBid (www.pennbid.net) only. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by 3 pm on Friday, August 22, 2025.
Specifications and conditions are available online at no charge via PennBid. Note, PennBid assesses a fee to the bidder who is issued the award.
All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities, or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids.
