(1) Description of Service: Disposal of Large Animals.  Supplier should include all fees associated with the disposal.  Agency representative will contact supplier when carcass(s) need to be disposed.

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
