Solicitation Summary
The City of Gaithersburg (City) is soliciting proposals for the design and installation of network security cameras at the Olde Towne Parking Garage located at 112 Olde Towne Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
The City of Gaithersburg’s Olde Towne Parking Garage (“Facility”) is a six-level concrete parking structure with approximately 726 parking spaces. As a public access site, potential Offerors may visit at will. However, access to review the mechanical rooms is limited to the pre-submission meeting as outlined in section 3.1. C. The City currently maintains a fleet of approximately 225 Axis-brand network security cameras which are managed by Milestone XProtect video management software. D. There is an existing fiber hand off to tie the facility into the City’s larger network, however a network switch is not yet in place.
