Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to submit quotations for residential unit restoration including demolition, construction, testing, completion, handover, and remedying of defects at Yellowbird III located at 11251 – 20 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The work under this RFQ involves restoration of three (3) impacted townhouse units at the Yellowbird III property that sustained damage from a fire incident on May 23, 2024. The work generally consists of interior and exterior repairs including structural repairs to the exterior wall and roof, interior demolition, and construction including mechanical and electrical repairs in Units 11249, 11251 and 11253.
