Request for Qualifications for On-Call SCADA System Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants for professional and technical services to support the City’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the city’s Bonfire Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, for the purpose of selecting one or more proposals that evidence the highest level of qualifications and technical competence to provide as-needed SCADA system services.
