The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Tatum Group LLC., can provide the department with the Safety Performance Function Tool (SPF Tool). The SPF Tool team will provide comprehensive expertise and quality work to meet the safety analysis needs of the department. The SPF Tool is proprietary and only available from the Tatum Group LLC. The contract period will be from Notice of Award through One Year. MoDOT will receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Nanci.Grannemannt@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
