Project Description: This project consists of the replacement of the existing freezer & cooler units with larger units, condensing units, exterior ground mounted pads, and mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems for the freezer & cooler. This includes the construction of a small addition to enclose the expansion of the new freezer/cooler units, slab and utility demolition, renovations of the existing kitchen, dressing room/toilet, and other scope of work as indicated in the Bid Documents.
