Scope of Services
Space Coast Area Transit is soliciting proposals from qualified, full‑service advertising and marketing agencies to deliver comprehensive advertising, marketing, communications, and advertising sales services. The selected Proposer will develop and manage an integrated, data‑driven marketing and communications program to increase public transit ridership throughout Brevard County.
The Proposer must demonstrate proven success in executing multi‑platform campaigns for general and multicultural audiences; strengthening brand identity; and driving measurable ridership growth across fixed route, paratransit, and vanpool services.
