Project Description: AISD is seeking contractors for the removal and replacement of roof piping and the installation of a new electrical water heater with updated valves and tanks. Additionally, it includes the demolition of the existing cooling tower, a 10-ton RTU, and condenser water piping, followed by the installation of a new cooling tower and ductwork. Other components include extensive electrical upgrades, a complete roof replacement, and the transformation of existing spaces into a mental health center and a community pantry.
