HVAC Replacement at the Public Safety Training Facility; Spec #24-06/26

Project Description: The work includes HVAC replacement for the existing Public Safety Training Facility and interior work at select reflected ceiling locations. The Project will be constructed under multiple prime contracts: General, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package. Please note, BABAA requirements apply to this project.
