Process
This is an MBE set aside solicitation geared toward leveraging a DAS contract for MBE STS suppliers. Non-MBE quotes will be rejected. JFS will seek to award the quote based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE STS bidder. Non-STS quotes will not be considered. Quoted STS pricing must be at or lower than current STS pricing. The items must be on the STS you are referring.
