Health and Dental Plan Request for Proposals

Notice is hereby given that the City of Cambridge will accept Proposals for the following specified group insurance benefits until October 8, 2026, at 4 pm:

Health and Dental Plan

All Proposals shall be clearly identified as Insurance Proposal for the City of Cambridge.  Copies of your Proposal should be forwarded to the City at the following address:

Please note that no formal opening of the proposals will take place.

Proposals will be evaluated, and the successful carrier(s) will be determined and announced at the City Council meeting on October 19, 2026.  The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive formalities and to select the carrier and benefit options that best meet the needs of the City and its employees.  The City reserves the right to select and terminate any servicing agent, agency, company or administrator.
