Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Goose Creek Park WQI Step Pools project. This water quality initiative project consists of a large bioretention cell and series of stormwater conveyance step pools that will collect and transport stormwater runoff from a roadway down a large hill and into Goose Creek. This project will be constructed in coordination with a larger Goose Creek Park Environmental Restoration project (Bid 27-18). A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026, at 1:30PM at Davenport Public Works, located at 1200 E 46th Street. This will be a time to review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
