The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Authority") is seeking to identify firms
interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of expert
professional project/program management, technical advisory and administrative services for the
World Trade Center Redevelopment as requested on an "as-needed" basis during 2026 through
2032. The Authority reserves the right to extend this agreement for an additional two-year term
through 2034, at its sole discretion.

posted at this website. Monitor the solicitation on this website to ensure your awareness of any
changes.
Proposers must register and create a free Bonfire account at the provided link in order to log in
and download the referenced solicitation and associated information, and in order to upload
proposal submissions. Registration on the Bonfire platform requires a registration that is separate
and distinct from all other Authority software platforms.
It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on
April 7, 2026, or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those
proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time
of the Proposal Due Date. Emailed submissions, hand deliveries and mailed deliveries (e.g., UPS,
USPS) will not be accepted. **SEE RFP DOCUMENT FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS**

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the
provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-
4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that
for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and
fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be
discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, or disability in
consideration for an award.
