COMMUNITY CONNECTION RECREATION BROCHURE
PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES
NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
The City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) will receive proposals (RFP) for the subject services
at the Aliso Viejo City Clerk’s Office located at Aliso Viejo City Hall, 12 Journey, Suite
100, Aliso Viejo California, no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The City of Aliso Viejo (City) publishes a Community Connection Recreation
Brochure up to four (4) times a year plus a Summer Camp Pocket Brochure once
(1) time a year that are delivered to approximately 21,500 postal customers and
remaining print copies to City facilities. Up to 25,000 copies of the quarterly
brochures and summer camp brochure may be printed. The City is requesting
proposals from qualified Contractors to provide printing and mailing/delivery
services for the Community Connection Recreation Brochures detailing available
activities, classes, and special events in the City of Aliso Viejo.
Interested parties may request the RFP by contacting the office of the Recreation &
Community Services Manager, at (949) 425-2553 or lmendoza@avcity.org.
Electronic copies will be provided at no charge. A charge of $35.00 will be required
of any proposer who requests that the Contract Documents be mailed.
