Problem Gambling Self-Help Application

The purpose of this project is to design, develop, and maintain a self-help digital application that supports individuals impacted by problem gambling through recovery-oriented tools, education and peer-support informed resources. The application will provide accessible, voluntary, and stigma-free support that promote self-awareness, goal setting, and sustained recovery.
The app is intended to complement and not replace professional treatment. It will emphasize empowerment, choice, and harm reduction.

If Lottery changes the schedule before the Proposal Due Date, it will do so through the OhioBuys Portal. The web site announcement will be followed by an addendum to this RFP, which also will be made available through the same OhioBuys website, a possible new round or lot may be started.
It is each prospective Offeror’s responsibility to check the OhioBuys website for this RFP for current information and the calendar of events scheduled through award of any contract.
Other than by adherence to the RFP Inquiry process, set forth within the OhioBuys website, no contact related to this RFP will be made with Lottery until a contract award is announced.
