Campuswide Active Transportation Plan

The Consultant Project Manager will coordinate with the University¿s Project Manager to
help develop and identify participants for a Project Steering Committee.

The Project Kick-Off Meeting will include the Consultant Project Manager, University¿s
Project Manager, and Project Steering Committee to review project goals and strategies;
identify available data; establish communication channels with other stakeholders,
departments, and agencies; review and list required elements and standards; and discuss
public engagement and outreach processes.

The Consultant will develop a Data Needs Memo prior to this Kick-Off Meeting and
provide it to the University¿s Project Manager. The Consultant¿s Project Manager will
coordinate with the University¿s Project Manager to establish the procedures and
participants for this Kick-Off Meeting as well as to discuss participation in the Steering
Committee.

The Consultant will prepare and maintain a project schedule throughout the life of the
project. The schedule will be updated in coordination with the University's Project
Manager.
