Summary
Purpose:
T
his solicitation is to establish a contract with a supplier who can provide repairs to 2 of the freezers supporting our food service operations, for the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS) Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility (CHJCF).
Site Visits: Site visits ARE required to be considered for contract award and will be conducted on the following date(s) during normal working hours. Wednesday, May 13th SEE RFQ DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS. Purpose: Through our dietary programs, DYS fulfills our responsibility to meet the nutritional needs of each individual youth in our care. To maintain this requirement, CHCJF needs the condensers and evaporators replaced in 2 of their food service freezers, we’ll refer to these freezers as “F2” and “F3” for the remainder of this document.
