Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide building envelope upgrades for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) at the Vulcan and Polaris Buildings, located at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth NS. This Project Description outlines the scope of work required to enhance the buildings envelopes. The required services for this contract include: Architectural (as prime Consultant), Structural, Cost Planning Services and Building code/ life safety. Minimal effort will be required from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Pre-qualified firms, that qualified under the Architectural Supply Arrangement E0225-152290, have been invited to participate. The invited firms are, in no particular order: Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects, Root architecture inc., Carvel & Helm, EastPoint Architecture Partners, Arcadis Architecture, Acre Architects, Turner Fleischer Architects Inc., Stantec Architecture Ltd., exp Architects Ltd., DFS Inc architecture & design, MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects, Lydon Lynch Architects Ltd., Coles Associates Ltd., FABRIQ Architecture, Architecture49 Inc., Fougere Menchenton Architecture Inc., Trifos Design Consultants, Duffus Romans Kundzins Rounsefell Ltd., DSRA Architecture, Lat49 Architecture Inc., SP Dumaresq Architect Ltd., Boyd R. Algee Architect Ltd., Republic Architecture Inc., Nine Yards Inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
