Project Description: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the modernization of the existing elevator system at its Riverside Apartments property located at 610 South 900 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of this project is to upgrade the elevator equipment and systems to improve safety, reliability, code compliance, energy efficiency, and accessibility in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
