Description
The Town of Slave Lake is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design consultants to provide conceptual and detailed design services for the Fournier Place Town Housing Development Project. This development aims to create a vibrant, sustainable, and community-oriented residential space to accelerate housing availability in the Town of Slave Lake. The design should be in line with the attached Fournier Place Design Guidelines in Appendix B.
The selected consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive design solutions that address architectural aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and alignment with local regulatory standards. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping a dynamic, livable neighborhood that serves diverse needs.
We invite interested firms or individuals with a proven track record in residential design and community-driven projects to submit their proposals. Detailed terms of reference and submission guidelines are attached in this document.
