The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at the Jct. of NM State Hwy 371, and Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for a commercially available, Patient Flow and Queue Management System for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Pharmacy Department.
The anticipated acquisition includes software, software licensing, hardware, implementation, project management, installation, workflow configuration, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support necessary to support patient check-in, virtual queuing, patient notification, digital signage, reporting, administrative dashboards, and related operational capabilities.
The anticipated period of performance will be a base period of 12 months and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $34. million.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00216 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by August 6, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 13, 2026. The Government is conducting market research to determine whether this requirement will be set aside under the Buy Indian Act (HHSAR Part 326) another socioeconomic program or competed on an unrestricted basis.
In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
