Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Arts & Culture and Facilities, “County”, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide contruction services for Construction of a new arts center located in Daybreak, UT. Approximately 72,000 square feet on a 3.5 acre parcel of undeveloped land. Building will house an 800+ theatre, rehearsal and event spaces, support spaces, art gallery, classrooms, administration suite, etc.
