Summary

The Ohio Veterans Home-Sandusky is seeking quotes for our annual fire extinguisher inspection in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 10), only considering Suppliers on the MAC023.
The Vendor will be responsible to supply the owner with an updated Fire Extinguisher Report of locations, size, type, maintenance performed, next 6 years,next hydro test, and expiration of fire extinguishers. Post completion of inspections and repairs. For more detail please review the attached Scope of Work.
The Department of Veteran Services would like to offer the opportunity for a site visit with Rick Ramos Saftey and Health Consultant on 11/08/2024 starting promptly at 10:00am after signing in at the Secrest front Desk.
