Valley Junction Business District Snow Removal and Ice Control Services
City of West Des Moines

The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for the Valley Junction Business District.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Proposal Closing: 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, September 2, 2026

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to award in the best interest of the City.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 AM (local time) on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Meet at: West Des Moines Public Services, 8850 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, IA 50266. This is the only scheduled pre-proposal meeting. Contractors are encouraged to attend to review specifications and ask questions. |
