This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information-gathering and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to issue a future procurement.

Background

The City of Granbury currently utilizes Tyler Incode ERP Pro 9, a web-based system (not on-premise), to support its financial and administrative operations. The City intends to modernize and enhance these systems by transitioning to a comprehensive ERP solution. Current systems support the following functions:

General Ledger
Budgeting
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Cash Receipts
Purchasing
Fixed Assets
Inventory
Utility Billing
