Vernon WPCF Electrical Preventative Maintenance

Sealed Bids for the preventative maintenance detailed in the “Vernon WPCF Electrical Preventative Maintenance” documents will be received by the Vernon Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) at the Town of Vernon Town Hall (14 Park Pl, Vernon, CT 06066) until 10:00 a.m. local time on August 28, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as “Vernon WPCF Electrical Preventative Maintenance, Town of Vernon Bid No. 2151.” The work consists of electrical preventative maintenance and testing activities for the major components of the power distribution system at the Town of Vernon Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held at the site on July 31, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Engineer’s website at: https://www.tighebond.com/projects-out-to-bid/ Prospective bidders must complete a one-time registration process on the web site in order to receive log-in credentials. Bidders must log in to the web site to download bidding documents for the project. Bidders will be added to the “planholders” or prospective bidders list upon downloading the bidding documents for the project. Bidding documents may also be examined at 53 Southampton Road, Westfield, MA between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded.
