TBIPS Business System Analyst - Finance Training System Review

The Department if National Defence require a Business Systems Analyst to review the current Finance Training System that was built within its SAP ERP system in 2001 to ensure employees obtained formal training prior to gaining access to the Department’s Production system. The Business Rule for DND’s Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) for finance users specifies that the only way to obtain access to the Production system is through the Finance Training System.

DND requires a resource to assess the capabilities of the Enable Now training tool to determine if the tool can produce a training system with at a minimum, all the functionalities of our present system or a more advanced training system for our business processes. The resource will need to develop templates, outlines, analytics and processes to successfully transition to Enable Now.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
