OWNER'S PROJECT MANAGER PLANNING AND ADVISORY SERVICES

The Town of Suffield is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Project Management Services in preparation for a November, 2026 Town Referendum for the planning, development and implementation of upgrades to the Suffield Middle School and Firehouse #1. The desire is to select a firm that has the experience and capability to evaluate multiple options for modernizing the Suffield Middle School and the Firehouse #1 from multiple facets. The firm shall demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Office of School Construction Grants and Connecticut Department of Education grant process under which such a project is assumed to be executed. The Firm should also be able to evaluate the 2022 Facilities Master Plan and provide guidance as to the priority of Capital Improvements outlined. The Town has affirmed that the Middle School and the Fire Headquarters are the top priority and both facilities should be evaluated for the Renovate vs New Options.
