Sealed Bids for the Kayak Launch Site, Airline Avenue will be received by the Town of Portland electronically via the internet bidding service until 11:00 AM local time on August 14, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via teleconference. The Project generally consists of construction of a gravel access drive and parking areas, pavement, storm drainage swales, catch basins, piping, erosion control measures, clearing and site restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
