Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Department of State Police (MDSP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to procure psychological testing and screening service. The purpose of this contract is to provide psychological testing and screening for MDSP applicants referred to the contractor by the MDSP Medical Director, or designee, for psychological testing and screening.

This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501 —14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. Information on eligibility for the SBR program is
