ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the production and installation of Six (6) Bronze Military Emblems/Symbols and Township Name Lettering on the Round-a-bout located along Route 209 (SR-209) on property owned by Penn DOT and maintained by Chestnuthill Township. Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Chestnuthill Township, until 3 PM local time on July 1, 2026, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on Pennbid and possibly awarded at the Supervisors’ meeting on July 7, 2026.
The Project consists of the Manufacturing of Military Emblems/Symbols and Township Name letters and the fastening of them to the concrete wall at the round-a-bout at the intersection of Route 209 and Route 115.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage

Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
