This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Division of Office for the Commissioner is seeking an IT Security SIEM (Splunk) Engineer who will be responsible for this highly visible cyber security program supporting our organization. The IT Security SIEM (Splunk) Engineer will support the full system engineering life-cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, test, and documentation.


As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability. If you are offered city employment, this requirement must be met by your date of hire, unless a reasonable accommodation for exemption is received and approved by the hiring agency.
