Van Horn - Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received by the Indiana County Conservation District (ICCD) via PennBid for the Gregg Van Horn ACAP project located at 426 Hudson Road Creekside PA 15732 until 9:00 AM (eastern time) on Thursday, July 2, 2026. At which time they will be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid - https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal. The project will include farmstead improvements, including access roads, stream crossings, watering system, and storm water control. A mandatory site showing will be held on Wednesday June 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM on site. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by ICCD via PennBid. All bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of 10% of bid total. This project is subject to prevailing minimum wage. ICCD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
