Description
This project generally consists of construction of a new general aviation terminal building and landside
sitework at the Valdosta Regional Airport. The Base Bid for the Project includes the general aviation terminal
building, new entry roadway modifications, parking, utilities, fencing and other site improvements. The Base
Bid will also include demolition of the existing General Aviation Terminal Building upon completion of the new
building. There are two deductive alternates included. An informational non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via in person and Microsoft Teams
on November 14, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. (Local Time). Below is the link to attend the pre-bid virtually.
While the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory, bidders and subs are encouraged to attend.
