FEMA Funded 119 South Bell Avenue Elevation Rebid

Project Description: Yardley Borough is proposing the elevation of an existing flood-prone residential structure under its Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). The project includes elevating the existing residence above the FEMA-required flood elevation with freeboard, construction of a new foundation system, structural framing modifications, installation of flood vents, utility relocation above the flood elevation where required, construction of access stairs and landings, and all associated appurtenant work. The project also includes demolition, site restoration, and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as shown in the Contract Documents.
