The Township of Livingston will receive proposals from qualified firms to contract for the below-referenced services:

Full Service Water Storage Tank Asset Management and Maintenance Program

Respondents to the RFP shall include the complete painting and repair of each tanks identified as well as providing for the long-term full service maintenance and management for each  potable water storage tanks identified within this RFP.

Proposal documents can be downloaded for no charge online  (upon registration) beginning on Thursday, July 10, 2025.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq.  and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.. All information outlined in the RFP, along with any other pertinent facts necessary for a proper evaluation of this proposal, should be delivered to the Township of Livingston prior to the hour and date above designated.

Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and mailed or delivered to be received no later than the above time and date. The Township of Livingston reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its sole judgment will be in the best interest of Township of Livingston irrespective of cost. The Township of Livingston specifically reserves the right to reject any conditional proposal and will normally reject those which make it impossible to determine the intent of the proposal. This RFP  is not a bid and the lowest cost proposal may not necessarily be chosen as the best solution for the long term requirements of the Township of Livingston.
