Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies (IACAA) will provide support and training and technical assistance to support the Weatherization program referred to as the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP), the Percentage of Income Payment Program (PIPP), Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). IACCA will be responsible for state reports, network convening, needs assessment, and training and technical assistance for the Community Action Agencies (CAAs). See attached SOW.
