Process

Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by ODPS pursuant to ORC 125.07. To protect the integrity of the competitive bid process, bids will be closed for public review once the evaluation and award process begins.
