Home Repair Program

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting for CSLB licensed and qualified general and specialty trade contractors to perform residential dwelling repairs for owner-occupied homes throughout the City and County of Sacramento.

This program serves low-income, owner-occupant homeowners who meet established income eligibility requirements. Each year, approximately 100 households receive assistance through this initiative, with maximum repair costs not to exceed $10,000 per household.

SHRA seeks contractors holding the following California contractor license classifications:

• • B – General Building Contractor
  • C-36 – Plumbing Contractor
  • C-39 – Roofing Contractor
  • C-20 – Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractor
  • C-10 – Electrical Contractor
