Item Information

Item # 1:

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is seeking a vendor to provide waste hauling services for the Agency's Warehouse at 1028 South Main Street, Rochelle, IL. Vendor shall provide two (2) 40-square yard containers daily, as scheduled, on weekdays during business hours. Pricing shall include drop-off, rental, and pick-up. 3 tons of waste shall be included for each container. See attachment for a list of items that will be disposed of. All items are unused, and no hazardous or contaminated items will be disposed of. The contract will allow for the delivery and pickup of up to 92 dumpsters, which will be scheduled as needed until the project is complete. The contract will have an end date of June 30, 2026, but services may or may not be needed for the duration.
