The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source cost plus fixed fee contract to Oak Ridge Center for Risk Analysis (ORCRA) to provide updates and maintenance to their existing proprietary internet-based software program called NIOSH-Interactive RadioEpidemiological Program (NIOSH-IREP). The applicable NAICS code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services). The anticipated period of performance is August 28, 2026 through August 27, 2027, and will include four one-year option periods. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). At this time, the Government is not interested in new software development and only intends on purchasing maintenance services for NIOSH-IREP.
