WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material as specified below and on the attached RFQ form. Bidders shall quote a per cubic yard price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT.
